Hi :) I’m The Color Chemist, I strive to create a comfortable, honest, and inclusive environment for clients of all walks of life. I have a super chill vibe I like to keep. With over 20 years of experience as a professional stylist and color specialist, I bring both expertise and care to every appointment. I proudly operate as a gender-neutral salon and place a strong emphasis on educating clients about their hair and how to maintain its health. Setting realistic expectations is a priority, as it helps ensure a consistently positive experience. I never take shortcuts and will not compromise the health of your hair. Hair coloring is my passion—it is an art form, and I love creating both bold transformations and beautifully maintained repeat looks. I work with all hair textures, styles, and ages, and everyone is welcome in my chair. I am a LGBTQ+ safe space and neurodiverse clientele are extremely welcome, I’m a little neuro-spicy myself! When booking, please carefully review the details listed under each service option before making your selections. Many services are offered à la carte and may require additional services to be booked alongside them, others are all inclusive. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response to appointment requests, emails, or other forms of communication so I can respond accurately and thoughtfully. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and I realize that sometimes life happens. When you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Deposits are non refundable, they are applied to your service on the day of. If you pay a deposit and need to move your appointment and it is more than 2 weeks before the appointment, the deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment so long as the rescheduled appointment is made within the 2 weeks from the original appointment time. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of the appointment time forfeits the deposit and a new deposit will have to be made, when making the new appointment. I respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of 50% (less the deposit) will apply within that 48-24 hour time period, if you do not cancel before 24 hours previous to your appointment or do not show up, 100% of the service charge (less the deposit) will be charged to the card on file. These charges will not be charged if I am able to fill the missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
